Why it matters
You're already invested in Salesforce: the licenses, the setup, the promise of a smarter, more connected way of working. And you've likely seen glimpses of what it can do.
But standard configuration only goes so far. The real gains come from solutions that are tailored to how your business actually operates: custom integrations, smart automations, and AI agents that eliminate manual work and turn Salesforce into a system that actually gives you an edge.
That's where I come in. I speak your language and ask the right questions, so you don't just get tasks executed. You get real clarity on what actually works and adds value. I think along with you at both a strategic and a detailed level, and I actively look for ways to make things faster and smarter. The goal is that you feel well-supported and fully confident in what gets built.
The result is speed and direct accountability. Because the same person designs the solution and writes the code, decisions get made fast, changes happen quickly, and you always know exactly who owns the outcome.
"We selected Bram from several candidates for a complex Salesforce implementation. He understood our business quickly and asked the right questions. The solution he delivered was tailor-made for how we work, not a standard setup adapted to fit, but something built from the ground up around our processes. Thanks to this, our team works significantly more efficiently every day. The end result was much better than we had dared to hope for."
What I do
I cover the full spectrum, so you never need to coordinate between multiple specialists.
Business process analysis, solution design, and implementation planning. I translate your challenges into a clear roadmap and take it all the way through to delivery.
Custom Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and unlocked packages. If it requires real engineering work rather than point-and-click configuration, this is where I excel.
Build intelligent AI agents with Salesforce Agentforce that automate complex tasks, handle customer interactions, and give your team better information to act on. All natively within your Salesforce environment, from Prompt Builder templates to full agent configuration.
Who is this for?
Starting from scratch
You're moving to Salesforce for the first time, perhaps from Excel, a legacy system, or a mix of tools. You have the opportunity to build it right from the ground up.
I'll make sure the foundation is solid, scalable, and built around how your team actually works.
Building on what you have
You already have Salesforce up and running. Now it's time to take the next step: deeper customization, new integrations, Agentforce capabilities, or cleaning up technical debt.
I'll extend your environment with confidence, without breaking what already works.
Recent work
Here are three examples of solutions I've recently built that I'm particularly proud of.
The situation: A financial organization receives reports with fund values and metadata buried in PDFs. Useful data, but extracting and entering it manually was slow, tedious, and error-prone.
The solution: I built an AI-powered processing pipeline directly inside Salesforce. Users drag-and-drop a PDF into a custom Lightning Web Component. An Apex controller feeds the document into an Einstein Flex Prompt Template (powered by GPT-4o Mini), which is invoked via a Flow. Live Salesforce data is injected as context so the AI reasons against real records. As the document is processed, the extracted data appears in a review screen where users can check everything and save with a single click.
The result: What previously took minutes of manual data entry per document now takes seconds, with near-zero error rate.
The situation: Onboarding a new customer required a compliance officer to manually perform company lookups, credit screenings, and identity verification across multiple external systems. Time-consuming, inconsistent, and prone to human error.
The solution: I built a fully automated KYC pipeline triggered the moment a new record is created in Salesforce. Apex orchestrates sequential external API calls: company details, risk database screening, and identity verification, consolidating all results directly onto the relevant Salesforce records.
The result: A consistent, auditable, and near-instant compliance process that frees the compliance team for work that genuinely can't be automated.
The situation: Managing pricing across dealers, customer segments, and product lines was complex and growing messier. Every time a business rule changed, it required a developer.
The solution: I built a configurable pricing engine in Salesforce with a Lightning Web Component interface. Sales teams define assortments, discounts, and dealer tiers through a clean UI. Under the hood: cascading filter logic, specificity-based discount resolution, and a turnover-driven dealer pricing engine, all stored as versioned JSON. The interface includes a live preview and a clean separation between B2B purchase conditions and customer sell-out pricing.
The result: Business rule changes happen in minutes, by the business itself. No code deploys needed.
"Bram helps us with his architectural creativity and ability to find solutions at the edge of what seems technically possible. He has helped us build solutions that have made our internal processes significantly smoother, as well as secure and seamless integrations with our customer portal that have improved the experience for our clients. What sets Bram apart is that he does not simply implement what you ask for. He thinks along with you, challenges assumptions and often comes up with an approach that is better than what we had in mind ourselves."

I start by asking the right questions: about your business, the challenges you're facing, and what a successful outcome looks like to you. No assumptions, no generic playbook.
Based on what I learn, I create a clear, tailored plan covering scope, approach, and a realistic timeline. You'll know exactly what to expect before we begin.
I work in focused sprints, with regular check-ins (typically weekly or biweekly) where I show you what's been built. You test it in a sandbox, we discuss your feedback, and agree on what comes next. No status reports. You see real, working progress at every step.
Once the solution is live, I make sure your team is fully up to speed. I provide user training, answer questions as they arise, and stay available to help things run smoothly from day one.
Good solutions grow with the business. I stay available to process feedback, improve what exists, and extend your Salesforce environment as new needs emerge.
Who I am
I'm a freelance Salesforce consultant, developer, and architect. I founded Forcelution B.V. in 2017. Before going independent, I worked at Accenture, where I helped large organizations implement Salesforce and developed a deep understanding of both business processes and technical architecture.
I hold the Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications, among others, which means I don't just build things that work today. I design solutions that scale.
Alongside my consultancy work, I co-developed Enhanced Approval Requests Pro, a 5-star AppExchange app used by organizations worldwide. Building a commercial Salesforce product has made me a more rigorous, standards-conscious developer.
What keeps me engaged is what's still coming, especially Agentforce and the automation possibilities it opens up. This is the most interesting time to be working in this space.
"I experienced Bram as a sympathetic person with excellent technical and functional Salesforce skills. He made a number of difficult changes possible that posed not only a technical challenge but also an organizational one. He has the ability to bring people along with change and help them make decisions, all in perfect collaboration."
FAQ
Working with an independent specialist has clear advantages: no unnecessary layers, no endless back-and-forth between consultants and developers, just direct communication and fast decisions. I'm flexible, fully focused on your project, and accountable for the end result. Many clients tell me this is the most efficient way they've ever worked on a Salesforce project.
I work with organizations of all sizes. Many of my clients are small to mid-sized companies, sometimes teams of just a handful of people, sometimes a few hundred employees. I also have experience with large international organizations. What matters more than size is whether your situation calls for tailored Salesforce work that goes beyond standard configuration. If you're not sure whether we're a fit, just reach out.
Most projects run on either a day rate or a fixed price, depending on what suits the engagement best. Smaller, well-defined deliverables often work well as a fixed price; broader or evolving work tends to run on a day rate. For ongoing collaboration after delivery, I'm available on a flexible basis as needed. The specifics are something we'd discuss on the intro call, once I understand your situation and what you're looking to do.
Yes, and I do this regularly. I work alongside existing partners or internal teams to build specific components, solve complex technical problems, or implement Agentforce capabilities that require deeper expertise.
Agentforce is Salesforce's platform for building AI agents: digital workers that can handle complex tasks autonomously, inside and outside of Salesforce. It represents one of the most significant shifts in the Salesforce platform's history. Getting it right requires both deep technical knowledge and business understanding. It's one of my primary areas of focus right now.
I work in focused sprints with a clear, shared rhythm. Every week or two, we have a short check-in where I show you what has been built. Between sessions, you test it in a sandbox environment and collect feedback from your team. That feedback directly shapes what goes into the next sprint.
For tracking, I typically use a kanban board (such as Trello) so you always have a clear view of what is in progress, what is done, and what is coming up. The goal is full transparency without unnecessary overhead.
It depends on current availability. The easiest way to find out is to reach out or schedule an intro call via Calendly. We'll go from there.
That depends entirely on scope and complexity. Most engagements run a few days per week over several months. Some clients work with me on an ongoing basis so we can continuously improve their environment and implement new ideas. Reach out with your situation and I'll give you a realistic estimate.
Yes. While I'm based in the Netherlands and work with many Dutch clients, I work with organizations internationally as well. Remote collaboration is no problem.
"Bram has been our Salesforce consultant for several years, and in that time he has proven to be a trustworthy, expert, and genuinely independent advisor. He is not afraid to be critical, to ask difficult questions, or to propose solutions that others might overlook. Short lines of communication, and someone who simply delivers what he promises. I recommend him to any organization that values quality and directness."
