Service Cloud is the module on the Salesforce platform for service process automation and to provide personalized support to your customers. Forcelution can help implementing the core functionality, consisting of Case Management, Web-to-Case, Email-to-Case, and service automation (auto-response rules, assignment rules, and escalation rules). Forcelution can also help with implementing more advanced or business-specific service processes, that for example include entitlement/SLA management, omni-channel, portal integration, CTI (computer telephony integration), and custom automation.
